Do I have to pay to play Elan Online? |
Upon registration, you are given a free 14 day trial account to play Elan Online. If you wish to continue playing that account after that period, you must buy an Activation Card to activate your account. Activation is a one-time payment, after which you will be able to continue playing. There is no monthly subscription fee. Click here for our list of retailers.

You can sign up for an account at www.elanonline.com.sg. Please note that each e-mail AND handphone number can only be used to sign up for an account ONCE. If you want more than one account, you will need a different e-mail address and handphone number to use during registration.

I want to restore my account or item |
Our policy regarding restoration is as follows:
- It's unrestorable if we can't get the items (in game) through data (server)
- It's unrestorable if the loss of item is caused by user's intentional mistake.

Dispute between users (item, PVP, etc) |
The company does not participate in the dispute between users. Only if the company deems that the content of the dispute between users is important matters related to game operations and (destruction of game order and the law and the customs and manners etc). The moderator may mediate or restrict on the basis of operation policy or the game rule shared by moderator and game users.

What happens if I provided false information during registration? |
There's no problem when you play the game. However you can't get any help in case you need to change your account information or there is a damage due to stolen account. You can't get the prizes won from events.
Moreover, please be informed that you can be punished by law if you use other people's personal information without notice. Therefore, please provide your own personal information to avoid any disadvantages. |
